Our primary goal was to create a tool that streamlines project management while promoting social impact and community engagement, simplifying the journey from ideation to execution. With features like individual and team time tracking, SPANPM boosts productivity and efficiency, continuously evolving to adapt to user interactions and track behaviours, actions, deadlines, and results.

SPANPM originated in the early days at Noble Pixels, where we aimed to enhance accountability between teams and clients while effectively tracking progress and resource utilization. Initially, we valued our time as silver, but through skill development and a commitment to accountability, we transformed that value into something akin to gold for our clients.

 

Over the years, a portion of SPANPM evolved into TeamUP.Space, our platform for solving social and global challenges, as we did for enterprise projects with the power of team and collaboration.

 

We streamlined the onboarding process, allowing new hires to join projects and start contributing within half an hour to an hour. Our honour system fosters trust and collaboration, enabling teams to meet tasks and project milestones effectively. A key differentiator of SPANPM is its integration of resource management with project workflows, providing a transparent overview of projects accessible to all stakeholders.

As a digitally savvy team, we had experience with various project management solutions and understood their limitations. SPANPM began with a long-term mission to refine our processes and adapt to new workflows. Our aim was to create not just another project management tool but a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork, transparency, and accountability.

Over the past decade, Noble Pixels has utilized SPANPM to complete hundreds of projects and deliver tens of thousands of outputs from both in-house and remote teams. This extensive record supports our project planning and forecasts for new initiatives.
